Amazon don't release their individual sales figures to anyone - although it is possible to obtain a general PoS number from Nielsen bookscan. But that doesn't mean you can't get a really good idea of what you are selling on a particular Amazon locale.

Take a look around the net and see what people say about the Amazon sales rank. If you look at a hundred different pages, you'll probably get a hundred and five different opinions (some people disagree with themselves).
